Antipasti, Bologna-Style



Spur-of-the-moment entertaining for those unexpected guests: Arrange paper-thin slices of Mortadella, dry-cured salame and Prosciutto di Parma on a platter accented with bite-size chunks of aged Parmigiano-Reggiano. Accompany with thin breadsticks called grissini. Serve with sparkling dry Prosecco or Albana. Cin-cin!
