
Our Italian cooking school is in our stunning sixteenth-century palazzo, a private Renaissance palace located in the Historic Center of Bologna. Conducted in a modern professional restaurant kitchen with individual work areas, you cook with Italian chefs. Our hands-on cooking courses are taught in English. Classes are small in size so you fully participate and always receive individual attention throughout our course.
We begin in Bologna's outdoor market, an experience not to be missed! Surrounded by mounds of ripe seasonal fruits and vegetables, seafood, specialty meats and cheeses, you'll learn how to select the best for our classes. Then we'll stroll to our very own palazzo and make delectable meals in our Italian kitchen! Immerse yourself for one delectable course, enjoying the finest in Italian cooking in our cooking classes in Italy. It will be an experience you'll savor for a lifetime!
