Our cooking school is in our stunning sixteenth-century palazzo,
a private Renaissance palace located in the Historic Center of Bologna. Conducted in a modern professional restaurant kitchen with individual work areas, our hands-on Italian cooking courses are taught in English. Classes are small in size so you fully participate. You always receive individual attention throughout
our course.

We begin in the lively outdoor market, an experience not to be missed! Surrounded by mounds of ripe seasonal fruits and vegetables, seafood, specialty meats and cheeses, you’ll learn how to select the best for our classes.
