Airfare and other forms of transportation to/from Bologna are not included in any course fee.

Accommodations

For accommodations in Bologna, select a charming first-class hotel or stellar deluxe hotel. Both award-winning hotels are the best within their category, and are situated only three blocks apart. Conveniently located in the city's center by Piazza Maggiore, they are surrounded with antique shops, designer stores and museums. All rooms are based on double occupancy and have modern, private baths, color television with video, BBC and CNN, radio, refrigerator-bar and air-conditioning. If traveling alone, as many of our participants do, the hotel charges a single supplement for your lovely double room. Our hotels have modern facilities, restaurants on-site with room service and bi-lingual staffs. All Italian buffet breakfasts are included, lunches and dinners as stated.

Non-Cooking Participants

We offer a slightly reduced fee for "tasters" joining in restaurant meals, class meals and excursions, but not participating in
